Imagination

The imagination is not fanciful daydreaming: it is fire from heaven.
We shall never get away from the creative power of our thought. We should use our imagination, will, and emotion to the end that we shall have freedom instead of bondage, joy instead of unhappiness, peace in the place of confusion.
Whenever one makes a demand upon his own creative intelligence or imagination, this demand causes the Law of Mind to do certain things for him. In this way a new creation takes place.
Imagination is one of the gifts bestowed upon man, the thinker. But he has allowed this gift to become degraded into a curse. He could use it as he was intended to use it – to lift him to the heights.
Our trouble is that we try to drag the Infinite down to finite levels, rather than gradually extending the horizon of our finite levels to take in more and more territory, push the horizon out, and encompass more of the Infinite.
While we continuously remold thought according to the pattern of ancient ideas, we remain constrained by previous opinion, bias, and prejudice. We must do something to break down the walls of experience and expand the vision of the soul. Here our imagination comes into play, enabling us to conceive a greater good.
Mind is the only creative Power which science has discovered, and imagination is the chief instrument of Mind, just as feeling is Its principle motivating power.
Life will never be disguised for the individual who expresses the creative genius of his own soul.
